Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

These terms apply to the website dispatch4you.com and the online course for U.S. freight dispatchers offered on it ("Dispatch4You", "we", "us"). Dispatch4You is operated by Mihail Cebotari, an individual doing business as Dispatch4You. Card payments appear on your statement as DISPATCH4YOU.COM. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.

1. The course

Dispatch4You is an online course: the Dispatcher Course (44 lessons in 9 blocks, released in order), Job basics (15 narrated topics) and Working week (12 graded tasks), plus trainers such as the voice broker call trainer and the Load Finder practice load board, cases, a knowledge base and a glossary. The plans and what each includes are listed on the pricing page.

On the English version of the site the course is sold as one plan, Full access. Its online group lessons and the student chat with the instructor are held in Russian. One-on-one online sessions with a mentor (the Premium plan) are offered only on the Russian version of the site and are temporarily unavailable in English; where they are bought, their times are agreed with you directly.

4. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have completed no more than one lesson. Details are in the Refund Policy.

5. Access period

"Lifetime access" means access to the course materials, including future updates, for as long as Dispatch4You runs the course. We may update, reorganize or improve the materials over time.

6. Course materials and copyright

All course materials (texts, audio, video, images, trainers and cases) belong to Dispatch4You and are licensed to you for personal learning only. You may not copy, publish, resell or share them, in whole or in part.

The course teaches the work of a U.S. freight dispatcher. It does not guarantee employment, clients or any level of income. Any income figures on the site are general market guidance, not a promise.

The Dispatch4You course completion certificate (Premium plan on the Russian version of the site, after the final exam) confirms that you finished the course. It is not a government-issued or accredited credential.

8. AI trainers

Some trainers, such as the voice broker call trainer and the site assistant, use AI. Their answers are practice material and can contain mistakes. They are not professional, legal or financial advice.

The site and the course are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not reduce the access you have already paid for.
