This policy explains what information Dispatch4You ("we", "us") collects on dispatch4you.com, why, and what you can do about it. Dispatch4You is operated by Mihail Cebotari, an individual doing business as Dispatch4You.
What we collect
- Account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile photo and a Google account ID, through Firebase Authentication.
- Course progress. Which lessons and modules you completed, test results, XP and achievements.
- Activity on the site (signed-in users only): pages you open, time spent on them, scrolling, playing audio and video, and the labels of links and buttons you click. We do not record what you type into fields. This activity log is kept for one year.
- Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, the plan, the amount and the payment status. We never receive or store your card number.
- Messages you send us. Questions to the site assistant, call-back requests (name and phone number or Telegram), emails and Telegram messages.
- Voice trainer. When you use the broker call trainer, your voice is sent for processing so the AI broker can answer you.
Why we use it
- to give you access to the course you paid for and keep your progress;
- to answer your questions and provide support;
- to process payments and refunds;
- to improve the course, for example to see where students get stuck.
We do not sell your information and we do not use advertising trackers.
Services that process data for us
- Google Firebase — sign-in and storing course progress.
- Stripe — card payments.
- Hostinger — website hosting.
- Groq and Google Gemini — AI behind the site assistant and the voice broker call trainer.
- Telegram — if you choose to message us there.
Cookies and local storage
We use one sign-in cookie that lets the server know which course materials are open to you. Your browser also stores settings such as theme, language and lesson progress. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Account and progress data — while your account exists. The activity log — one year. Payment records — as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to delete your account, by emailing info@dispatch4you.com. Deleting your account ends access to the course.
Children
The course is for adults and is not intended for children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
